Refund Policy

This policy describes your rights regarding refunds and billing for GoBeep.

Subscription & Renewals

GoBeep is a subscription-based service. Your chosen plan is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Because GoBeep provides immediate access to monitoring infrastructure and automated alerts, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused capacity after a subscription has started unless required by law or due to a failure on our part to provide the service.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the final paid billing period, after which no further charges will be made and your account will revert to a free tier status.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly by our payment processor (Paddle), please contact us immediately at hello@gobeep.xyz. We will work with the provider to resolve any discrepancies.
